Who is actually getting your console?
A fair question, and one more people should ask before couriering something expensive to a website.
SellYourConsole.co.za is not a new company. It is Epic Deals, which is Tech Revival (Pty) Ltd, which has been trading since 2014, and this is simply the storefront we point at gaming hardware.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Plenty of buyback sites are one person, a laptop and a Gmail address, which is fine right up until something goes wrong and there is nobody to phone. There are 30 people here. There is a warehouse. There is a finance team that runs payments at 4pm every working day. There is a review history going back over a decade that you can go and read without asking us for permission.
The reviews are the part worth checking. 2,500+ of them across HelloPeter, Facebook and bidorbuy, under the Epic Deals name, because that is who we are. They are not curated. There is a negative one in there about a refund dispute and we have left it exactly where it is, because a review page with no criticism on it has never been a review page.

Why a separate site just for consoles?
Because consoles are not phones
A phone is priced on its model, storage and screen. A console is priced on its revision, its disc drive, its thermals, whether the controller drifts and whether it is banned from an online service. Lumping those into a generic gadget form produces generic gadget offers.
Because the questions are different
Nobody selling a MacBook asks whether they should factory reset before deactivating their account, or whether a dead disc drive turns a disc console into a digital one. Those questions deserve a page that answers them rather than a footnote.
Because gaming hardware sells fast
